Difference between bìngqiě and cǐwài

此外 cǐwài introduces additional information or options that are related to the main point but not directly connected, and it can link two statements. On the other hand, 并且 bìngqiě connects two related statements or actions, often with a similar or sequential relationship, and it can link two verb phrases or two statements.
