Structure

A + 沒有 + B + (這麼/这么, 那麼/那么) + Adj.

這麼这么 zhème is usually used for things that are closer or more immediate, like saying “this much.” On the other hand, 那麼那么 nàme is used for things that feel more distant or general, like “that much.” Overall, the difference between them isn’t very significant.
