Grammar Point:
When you want to use more than two adjectives to describe one thing, you can use the 又 yòu structure. This structure is used to convey that something is “both… and…” in English. The two adjectives used in this construction should not contrast in feeling. In other words, they should either both be positive or both be negative.

Taiwanese native dogs are intelligent and loyal. Would you like to adopt one?
FYI
Have you heard of the 台湾土狗 táiwān tǔgǒu, also known as the Formosan Mountain Dog? These pups are so cool! They’re medium-sized, weighing around 12-18 kg and standing around 45-52 cm tall.
But what’s even more awesome about them is their loyalty, intelligence, and adaptability. They make great hunting dogs, guard dogs, and pets! Plus, they’re super smart, which means they’re easy to train. And did you know that they’re often used in search and rescue operations? That’s because they have an amazing sense of smell!
Unfortunately, these furry friends haven’t always had the best reputation in Taiwan. In the past, people thought of them as “poor man’s dogs,” associated with poverty and neglect. But don’t worry, things are changing! More and more people are realizing just how amazing these indigenous pups are. So, why not consider adopting a Taiwanese native dog and see for yourself just how wonderful they are?
