Both words sit a register above their everyday counterparts (十分 vs. 很/非常, 更加更加 vs. 更) — expect them more in writing, news, or careful speech than in casual chat.
1 十分 shífēn — “Very / Extremely” (Formal)
Functions like 非常 fēicháng, but reads more literary — common in writing and formal contexts.

Is this matter really extremely important?
Note
Unlike 非常 fēicháng, 十分 shífēn doesn’t comfortably attach to 不 bù + an action verb. 非常不喜歡非常不喜欢 fēicháng bù xǐhuān works fine, but 十分不愛吃餃子十分不爱吃饺子 shífēn bú ài chī jiǎozi sounds off. 十分 shífēn pairs naturally with 不 bù + an adjective or stative verb instead — like 不滿意不满意 bù mǎnyì above — so reach for 非常 fēicháng when negating an action verb.
2 更加更加 gèngjiā — “Even More” (Formal)
A dressier version of 更 gèng, often heard in formal or literary contexts.
你的說法讓我更加糊塗了你的说法让我更加糊涂了
Your statement has confused me even more.

3 Common Mistake
十分 shífēn and 更加 gèngjiā sound stiff in casual chat — save them for writing or formal speech, and reach for 非常/更 with friends.

✅

✅
我非常不愛吃餃子我非常不爱吃饺子
十分 shífēn doesn’t sit comfortably in front of 不 bù + an action verb like 愛吃爱吃 ài chī. That combination belongs to 非常 fēicháng. 十分 shífēn works with 不 bù + adjectives/stative verbs instead, like 十分不滿意十分不满意 shífēn bù mǎnyì.
