Hot pot in Mandarin Chinese is ” 火鍋 (Huǒguō) “, which literally meaning is fire pot. As for ” all you can eat” in Mandarin Chinese is ” 吃到飽 (Chī dào bǎo) “

There are a lot of all you can eat and all you can drink restaurants in Taiwan. Most hot pots were served in a yin-yang-shaped copper pot, so you can enjoy 2 different soup-base at the same time. Besides soups, hot pot restaurant also provides various kinds of meat, vegetable, seafood, and dumplings. When you are thirsty, there are also serving tea, coffee, and Taiwanese beer. 【How to eat 火鍋】
1. Choose 2 soup-base for your hot pot.
2. Mark the food you want to eat on the order sheet and then give it to the waiter.
3. Go to the sauce counter, make your own dipping sauce.
4. Return to your seat and enjoy the food:)

【Highly recommended】
There’s one kind of vegetable called 水蓮（Shuǐlián）is highly recommended!
If you like spicy, you should try 老油條（lǎo yóutiáo）. Just dip it into the spicy soup, and it will absorb all the spicy oil. It’s quite spicy, please be careful when you are eating it.
