I will use Google Meet. It’s free and doesn’t require any downloads.
Q：How do I pay for the course?
I accept payments via PayPal. It’s fast, secure, and easy to use.
Q：When do I need to make the payment?
Payment is required at least 48 hours before the start of your class. This ensures your spot in the course.
Q：Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, I do not offer refunds once payment has been made. Please ensure you are committed before making a payment.
Q：What if I need to cancel a class at the last minute?
I understand that life happens! You can cancel a class, but you must notify me at least 24 hours in advance. You can cancel a maximum of 2 times per month without penalty.
Q：Can I try a trial lesson for group classes?
I do not offer trial lessons for group classes. However, each group course comes with a detailed syllabus, so you can review the content and decide if it fits your needs before enrolling.
